1.      Good planning: In planning here we mean that as an entrepreneur, you really need to learn how to plan effectively for your business so as to yield good production as well as rendering an effective services to the public or to your customers. It is good to note that when your planning technique is low or poor or its suffering, you are at the point of loosing your customers.

2.      Communication skills: This should be considered as the first skilled technique right?
