How to create a local Air condition with just a plastic rubber.

Today, I will teach you on how to create/or construct a locally made Air conditioner with just two plastic swam-water bottle/or what we call an EVA bottle.
                 

Things needed

  1) Two EVA bottles,
  2) A standing fan,
  3) A pair of scissors/or a cutter
  4) Two cups of ice blocks,
  5) String/or Rope.
          
How to create a locally made Air condition
Here are some Steps to take so as to be an entrepreneur of your own, and make real cash.
            
First-:  Slice/or cut open the EVA bottles from bottom, gently. Please do not cut it completely, for you will be needing it for two things, like a) Tying and (b) Adding Ice - blocks.
            
Secondly-:  Bore little holes on the EVA bottles, little holes not much holes.
            
Thirdly-:  When you are done with the hole openings right on your Eva bottle, tie the cut bottom of the two bottles on the back-head of your standing/or table fan.
             
Fourthly-:  Close up the cap of your tied up Eva bottle bottom. The bottle should be tied up from the bottom, and the cap should be placed/or faced downward. Now place/or add up ice blocks into the tied up bottles from the cut-up bottom bottle.
           
Fifth and lastly-:  Put on your standing/or table fan, and enjoy the cool Air.
