How to add up a meta tag to your blog post
Meta tags, is simply those tags.
which are placed in the <head> tag of your blog, which specifies your pages' descriptions, keywords etc.

It also enables Google search Robot to crawl freely to your posts/or content. It also helps Google to monitor every posts that goes in and out of your blog.
Having seen the brief importance of meta tags, I will work you through some procedures to take on "how to add up meta tags to your blog posts"
Guided process to add up meta tags on blogger posts before publication:
1) Login to your blogger dashboard-: Before you effect/or add up meta tags to your blog posts, you need to login to your site's blogger dashboard.
Also, it is good to note that meta tags may not be effected, when you haven't generated a "meta tag".
You can read on "how to generate meta tags on blogger and how to paste it into your template html", kindly follow all steps found and generate your "meta tag"
2) Then click on search preference-: The search preference, is seen in the "settings" button in your blogger dashboard. In the search preference,
you will see a "meta tag"; click on edit "meta tag description"

3) Give the "meta tag" a name/or a description-: In this guide, you need to describe your content/or create and activate your "search description".
When you are done describing your blog site in the "meta tag description button" which is found in your "search preference" under "settings", then you enable your search description by clicking on the "yes" button above your description box; then click on "save changes"
4) Go to "posts"-: After you've successfully edited and saved the "meta tag description", next is to click on posts in your dashboard.
Create a new posts/or when you want to write on new content, when you are done creating your new content; before publishing it, click on post setting then go to "search description".
Describe your content in the search description, click on done
5) Last is click on publish-: When you have applied all the above steps/or procedures or methods, then you click on publish posts. And you are done.
Your tag is setup, for that particular post. You don't need to go through that long process for your other posts, the only thing you need do is to always fill in your search descriptions in your post settings
